Calling all adventurers who are looking to break away from the monotony of daily life and experience something truly incredible! Our backcountry camp trip is the perfect opportunity for you to disconnect, recharge, and connect with other like-minded individuals.
What’s Included
We’ll provide you with a packing list before the trip. We’re available to answer questions and offer advice via a conference call with the group to ensure your group has everything they need. Please note that you do not need to spend a ton of money on gear for our trips! We provide all the required group gear like tents, cook kits & food.

- Backpack (45L recommended minimum)
- Sleeping System (sleeping bag, sleeping pad & pillow)
- Mess Kit (fork, spoon, bowl & cup)
- Snacks
- 2 x 1-liter water bottles
- Headlamp/Flashlight
- Extra Cloths
- Bug Repellant
Winter Camping (Nov-Feb)
Embark on an exhilarating winter adventure that’s not for the faint of heart! If you’re ready to embrace the challenge, you’ll discover a journey few dare to undertake. Winter camping, the ultimate test of endurance, is reserved for the boldest of adventurers. Our winter hot tents, equipped with wood-burning stoves, ensure a cozy retreat when the time comes to unwind. Payment
Payment can be made via Zelle or Venmo. A deposit of $100/Person is due upon booking. The remaining total is due the day before the trip.

No Refund Policy
At Adventure Alp, we are committed to providing an excellent experience for all participants. Due to the nature of our services and the preparation involved, we enforce a strict no-refund policy except in cases where we cancel a class or event.
1. Cancellations & No-Shows
- All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals.
2. Company Cancellations & Refunds
- If Adventure Alp cancels a class or event for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
- Alternatively, participants may choose to reschedule for a future date.
3. Weather Policy
- Events will proceed rain or shine unless extreme weather conditions pose a safety risk.
- If we cancel due to hazardous weather, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
- If the event proceeds and you choose not to attend, no refund will be issued.
5. Equipment & Safety Policies
- Participants are responsible for following all safety instructions and using provided equipment properly.
- Refunds will not be issued for dismissal due to violation of safety rules or inappropriate behavior.
